Who Does That Voice In Your Head Belong To?

One of the biggest challenges I have had over the years is figuring out who that little voice in my head belongs to. Know that feeling??

Is it my ego in a state of irrational fear, attempting to keep me safe and hold me back?
Or. is it my higher self whispering to my soul… guiding me on which way to go and which not to!!

Not knowing whether that inner voice is guiding you forward or holding you back can result in a prolonged state of confusion and indecision. I’ve seen people, including myself, sit in a space for days, weeks, months, or years - trying to “figure out.”

Your Soul Versus Your Ego

Knowing how to differentiate between the worldly, physical voice of your ego and the etheric, wise and knowing voice of your higher self… allows you to make fast, confident decisions and begin to move forward with more confidence and flow.

In this week’s episode, I delve into the soul and the ego and share some practical tips to help you know the difference between them. I cover the following:
